La Crescent + Riesling + Hibernal + Brianna - 11.5% alc./vol

This aromatic and expressive skin-contact wine is a blend of Viniferas and hybrids. Coming partly from La Crescent in 90-day skin maceration (50%) and for the rest from Riesling, Hibernal, La Crescent and Brianna in direct press (50%). Natural fermentation and aged in fiberglass for maceration and barrel for the rest.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
