Momo Pinku, bottled as a tribute to Kyoko, a Japanese intern who worked with us for several months. 24-hour maceration of Gamay, natural fermentation and approximately 10 months of aging in barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur. Crunchy and electric rosé.
