100% Cabernet Franc - 11.5 % alc./vol

Working with Cabernet Franc in Estrie flirts with the limits of the possible but resulted into an unique vintage. The ripeness of the grapes for the vintage dictates the direction for vinification. For 2023, we opted for a short maceration, followed by a gentle pressing and then fermentation and aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. The result is a lovely rosé with beautiful Cabernet Franc typicity."

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
