100% Gamay - 9.5% alc./vol

Gamay, destemmed and foot-trodden, naturally fermented in stainless steel tank with very soft punchdowns for around fifteen days. Aged one year in 228L barrels. Thanks to a magnificent season, 2021 was only the second vintage to provide sufficient ripeness in the Gamay to allow making it as a red since 2017.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
