2023 was a rainy and humid vintage, but it was followed by an exceptional end of the season that ultimately brought the Chardonnays to their full expression. Here is the return of Vol au-dessus du coucou! Natural fermentation and aging for 12 months on lees in 228 L Burgundy barrels.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
