A light apple flavored wine, Picniquette is the fruit of a happy collaboration with our friends at La Cabane d’à Côté. A unique beverage, halfway between wine and cider. With fine bubbles, it is light and aromatic, with low alcohol content, making it ideal for an aperitif, a picnic, or with an apple tart ! Natural co-fermentation of Dornfelder + Blaufränkisch + apple juice in stainless steel tanks. CO2 is added in the Charmat method.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
