30% Itasca + 30% Hibernal + 30% La Crescent +10% Siegerrebe - 11.1 % alc./vol

New vintage here with our very first harvest of Itasca and Siegerrebe. Blended with our young Hibernal on clay and La Crescent on schist, all vinified separately. Direct pressing, natural fermentations, and aging on lees for 8 months in barrels. Bien-aimée is an aromatic cuvée, full of energy with a less pronounced acidity.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
