70% Dornfelder / 30% Blaufrankish - 10.4 % alc./vol

First vintage exclusively made from Dornfelder grapes from 12-year-old vines and young Blaufränkisch, co-fermented. The maceration lasted 10 days in stainless steel tanks, with gentle foot pressing, followed by 1 year of aging in barrels. The result is a fine and elegant wine, rooted in its Nordic character.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
