25% Radisson + 25% Petite Perle + 25% Marquette + 25% Frontenac Noir - 10.8 % alc.

We always thought it possible and relevant to release a primeur wine in Québec, especially true this year with an exceptionally early harvest ! A new addition to this vintage is the inclusion of young Radisson from its first harvest. This blend consists of equal parts Radisson, Petite Perle, Marquette, and Frontenac Noir. The Radisson underwent semi-carbonic fermentation with whole clusters, while the other three varieties were fermented traditionally. Serve chilled and enjoy as soon as possible !

The wine was bottled on November 18, with no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfur.
