Late to ripen, Riesling sometimes flirts dangerously with maturity at the end of the season, hence its name Calvaire. It was partially harvested overripe at the end of October. Natural fermentation and sur lie aging in barrels for 18 months. Undoubtedly the most typical and varietal vintage of this cuvée. Bottling without fining or filtration.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
