Highly improbable blend of cuvée bottoms 2020 - 11.4 % alc./vol

We continue this very improbable blend of all our leftover grapes—21 grape varieties in 2022 ! The Brutal cuvée is a playground for us without limits, and its style varies according to the possibilities offered by the wines of the year. The 2022 vintage was a lengthy process, as several grapes had their aging time extended to two years. With each racking, the cloudier wine and the lees are transferred to a vat, allowing the wine to take shape gradually as wines are added. The completed blend then spends 3 months in amphora

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
