50% LaCrescent + 50% Frontenac Blanc - 13.7% alc./vol

90-day skin maceration, natural cofermentation in vats then aged in 400L barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur. Traditional method (second fermentation in bottle) without dosage, then aging 12-month on lath and disgorged “à la volée” in May 2021.
