50% Pinot Meunier + 50% Dornfelder - 10.2% alc./vol

Pinot Meunier and Dornfelder, destemmed and foot-trodden, co-fermented naturally in stainless steel tank with very soft punchdowns over a three-week vinification. Aged for eight months in barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
