Return of this aromatic and expressive vintage resulting from a long skin maceration of 120 days of La Crescent grapes from the Lanoraie vineyard. Natural fermentation and aging for 8 months in fiberglass for the press and in 400L barrels for the free-run juice. This is a blend of free-run juice and 50% press juice.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulphur.
