60% Gamay + 40% Pinot Meunier  -   9.5 % alc./vol

Petillant Naturel made from Gamay and Pinot Meunier, direct pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bottled before the end of fermentation. Disgorged “à la volée”. With an elegant peacock-eye hue, this light bubbly leans more towards frizzante than traditional method, exuding freshness and splendor.

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
