55% Marquette + 35% Petite Perle + 10% Frontenac Noir - 11% alc./vol

Blend of Marquette, Petite Perle and Frontenac Noir harvested and vinified separately. Vatting for 2 to 3 weeks in stainless steel vats, then aged in 228L and 400L barrels for 18 months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur. Coming from a great vintage, the Royale '21 is the result of a long trial of hybrids aging in wood, a first for us. The result is truly impressive, a noble and distinguished hybrid red wine, quite simply royal!
