A demanding vintage, 2019 needed time… 4 years of aging more precisely ! Made from Chardonnay and Savagnin, both grape varieties are harvested and vinified together. Natural fermentation and aging for 12 months on lees in 400L barrels, followed by 3 years of aging in bottle

Bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur.
