Direct press of Frontenac Blanc and Gris in equal parts, natural fermentation and aged in Burgundy barrels for 12 months. Traditional Method, no dosage. Additional aging of 24 months on slats. Hand disgorged. This sparkling wine, perfect for any occasion, features fine bubbles, a golden hue, and lovely notes of aging

Bottled unfiltered and unfined, without added sulfur.
